Shipping Policy


Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewelry as soon as possible.  

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 5 working days unless it is custom made. Custom made orders usually take 7 to 10 working days depending on the design and specifications.

All pricing including shipping is United States Dollar (USD).


Before we ship your order, we just need to get your credit approved. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information, but only if needed.

Your card will not be charged (although it may show pending) until the order is shipped.

This does not apply to custom made orders, which usually require a deposit.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

You'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.


Your order will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX or U.S.P.S.


We will send you out an email notification when your item(s) ship with a tracking number.


Note: Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason including (buy not limited to)  suspect and/or fraudulent activity. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
